Treated wastewater discharge
Discharge of treated wastewater is carried out in a rain sewer, watercourse, filtering trench, filtering well or bioplato. For systems with low capacity when clay soils and high water table plant equipped with airlift or pump to lift treated wastewater to the surface and discharge to filtering trench at least 5 m (SNIP 2.04.03.-85 § 6.192). When sandy soils and low water table is arranged filtering well (SNIP 2.04.03.-85 § 6.1-92) or drainage. The purified water can be used for watering plants, for draining in toilets, for irrigation of lawns and flower beds, washing sidewalks, etc. (SanPiN 184.108.40.2063-96) (Recommendation on the use of treated wastewater from the plant BIOTAL of Hygiene of O.M.MARZEEV Academy of Medical Sciences № 21/4191 dated 05.11.2002). Rain water and water from the pool dumping should, necessarily, be made separately directly to the drain or in water courses, avoiding the plant BIOTAL.
